<br />Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present.
<br />Hearing; given on Improvement Resolution No. 350 for pipe sewer on
<br />Fellows Str"et from Dubail A venue to lst. alley North of Dubail Avenue. In the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared and remonstranced against said
<br />improvement being put in this fall. But no further written remonstrance was filed.
<br />( One Aiaving been filed September �Sth. ,1914.) And the Bard being fully advised in the
<br />premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improve—
<br />ments are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer
<br />and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same
<br />is hereby iri all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 17th. day of March,1916
<br />and on the 2 cay of March,19150 in a newspaper of general circulation in said City,
<br />stating that this Board will -receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to
<br />10:00 A.M. on the 6th. , day of April 1915. The Board reserves the right to reject any
<br />and all bids.

<br />Virginia ".venue from Indiana Avenue to Broadway Street, under Improvement Resolution No.
<br />39)9. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were
<br />filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits
<br />to property liable to -be assessed for said improvements, are equal to the'estimated
<br />cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final
<br />action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things
<br />ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />1914 and on the 2nd. day of October21914. in a newspaper of general circulation in said
<br />City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements,
<br />up to 10:00 A.M. on the 13th. day of October,1914. The.Board reserves the right to
<br />reject any and all bids.

<br />High Street from Dayton Street to Bowman Street, In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared, but no written remonstrances
<br />were filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the bene—
<br />fits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated
<br />cost of the same, as reported'by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final
<br />action on said resolution as originally ado- ted, and :he same is hereby in all things
<br />ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the esimated cost
<br />of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on
<br />said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is liereby in all things, rati-
<br />-.'ied confirmed and approved.
