The Owner desires renovation plans and master plan for the site is developed
with regard to upcoming changes to the park. It is understood that this master planning design and
revitalization study will be used as a guide in implementing the master plan for Voorde Park located on
Keller Street west of Bendix Drive and south of Voorde Dr. Current plans call for the relocation of the
Little League ball diamonds to another site. The current diamonds are located on the eastern end of the
park with about 3 acres of land owned by District 11 Little League.
