South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting —March 8, 2011 Stickler responded there is a team meeting on March 17, 2011, where one of the items on the agenda is to figure out how to incorporate, especially into South Bend's own website, a more interactive for receiving information codifying it on an ongoing basis. Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the Consulting Agreement with Blue Waters Group (Phase IV, Ignition Park) (3) Resolution No. 2854 accepting the transfer of real property from the City of South Bend. (Twenty -one properties in the Ignition Park south expansion area) Mr. Relos noted that on February 28, 2011, the Board of Public Works authorized the transfer of 21 properties in the Ignition Park south expansion area from Board of Public Works ownership to the Redevelopment Commission. The follow -up action by the Commission is to accept the properties. Mr. Relos noted that once the Commission has acquired enough properties in this area, they will be made part of the Ignition Park PUD and formally a part of Ignition Park. Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 2854. Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2854 accepting the transfer of real property from the City of South Bend. (Twenty -one properties in the Ignition Park south expansion area) (4) Proposal for legal services related to 18 COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONSULTING AGREEMENT WITH BLUE WATERS GROUP (PHASE IV, IGNITION PARK) COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2854 ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
