Mr. Schalliol responded <br /> that the agreement specifies a couple of types <br /> of uses that the developer can sell to. If they <br /> find such a retail use, the Commission will <br /> not have a veto. But if they come forward <br /> with a different type, it will require <br /> Commission approval. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE PURCHASE OPTION <br /> Ms. King and unanimously carried, the AGREEMENT FOR MAIN AND WESTERN <br /> Commission approved the Purchase Option DISPOSITION PARCEL <br /> Agreement for Main and Western <br /> Disposition parcel. <br /> (4) Resolution No. 2849 to petition for a <br /> special use exception. <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted Resolution No. 2849 <br /> request Commission approval to participate <br /> in a petition to the area Board of Zoning <br /> appeals for special exception to allow for the <br /> expansion of Coveleski Regional Stadium. A <br /> special exception is necessary to correct the <br /> technical zoning issue with the current site's <br /> zoning requirements as the proposed stadium <br /> improvements will expand the overall <br /> footprint of the park outside of the current <br /> limits of the park.
