410 Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Cement walk and curb on Meade Street from Washington Avenue to Bertrand Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 303. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily News -Times, commencing on the 20th., day of July21914 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assess- ments at its office in the City Hall on the llth., day of August,1914 at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contract be ac- cepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.
