2G7 <br />In regard to the petition filed May 29th.,1914 for the ,opening, of-_,Ottowa <br />Court at the Lake Shore right of way to Indian&,Avenue, the Board intrusted the Clerk to <br />ha ve a. resolution prepared on the same and set for a hearing. <br />Petition filed with the Board from property holders orl West Division Street <br />from the C.I. & S. R. R. to Olive Street, soliciting the Board. to place a street cleaner <br />or (cart man) on said Street. The same was read and referred to the Street Commissioner. <br />Engineerreported on the petition for a, sewer on Sorin Street from South Bend <br />Avenue to Eddy Street, and recommended that said petition be granted. The Board instructed <br />ultie Clerk to prepare a.resolution on the same and set for a hearing. <br />In regard to the petition filed on May 29th.,, for a p�.pe sewer on Corby St. <br />From Niles Avenue to St. Louis St,,. the engineer reported that the petition should be referred <br />back for more signatures. The Clerk was instructed to seftdpetition, back for more signatures <br />to Mr. Orson L. Morgan. <br />Contract for the .concrete floors in Numbers 5 and 6 hose houses was awarded to <br />E. Burner and Company,, complete for $710-00 <br />In regard to petition filed with the Board with blue print for for a siding <br />into sand and gravel pit at the Michigan Central Railway on Niles Ave., t-o--st-airst on the main <br />tracks about 100 ft. north of the corner of Niles Avenue and Crescent Avenue, the Board <br />-approved of the same and referred it to the City Attorney to bring up before the Common <br />Council for ratification. <br />President. <br />FA <br />
