Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.i:i. All members present.
<br />Hearing given on Condemnation resolution No. 29 for the opnein:.g and exten-
<br />fsion of Sherman Avenue from south end op Sherman Avenue to Oak Street. In the City of
<br />South -Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above matter memonstrators appeared and a written remonstrance was
<br />filed. The Board took the matter under advisement and decided to defer all action until
<br />Tuesday June 2nd . ,1014 at 7 : 45 P.M.
<br />Hearing given on improvement Resolution No. 313 for pipe sewer on Dayton
<br />Street from Witwer 'Avenue to Miami Street, In the C:.ty of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no re, onstrances were filed.
<br />The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the
<br />property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement,
<br />and the same are hereby in all things ratified,, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published.on the 29th., day of May,1914
<br />and on the 4th., day of June,1914 in the South Bend Daily News-Ti-.es, stating that this
<br />Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.1vi. on the
<br />16th., day of June,1914. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
<br />Hearing Driven on Improvement Resolution No. 312 for pppe sewer -on Tecumseh
<br />Avenue from Parkova.sh Avenue to Pokagon Avenue, In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were
<br />filed. Tne Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits
<br />to the property and to the City of South Bend are equalto the estimated cost of.said im-
<br />provernent, and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />and on the 4th., day of_ June,1914 in the South. Bend Daily News -Times, stating that this Board
<br />will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 16th.,

<br />from Portage Avenue to Riverside Drive, In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above•matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
<br />The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement thp--t the benefits to the
<br />property and to the City of South Bend are. equal to the estimated cost of said improvement,
<br />and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />In the above natter remonstrators a.,�eared and a written remonstrance was
<br />filed.. Tf-ie Board therefore after due consideration decided that in each and every case in
<br />said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal
<br />to the estimated cost of said improvement, and the.same are hereby in all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved.

<br />and on the 10th> day of December,1914 in the South Bend Daily News-Tiir:es, stating that
<br />this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 o:,,- the
