described as follows: <br />Lots Numbered Thirty -eight (38), Thirty -nine (3 9) and <br />Forty (40) as shown on the recorded Original Plat of <br />the Town, now City of South Bend recorded March 28, <br />1831 in Plat Book "A ", page 13 in the Office of the <br />Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana. Key No. 18- <br />3 001 -0024 (hereinafter referred to as the Real <br />Property) <br />by the City of South Bend, Indiana to the City of South Bend, for the use and benefit of its <br />Department of Redevelopment, shall be, and hereby is, accepted. <br />2. That the Director of Redevelopment for the City of South Bend shall cause the <br />recording of the quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana in and to the Real Property to the City of South Bend, for the use and benefit of its <br />Department of Redevelopment. <br />3.
