This is EXHIBIT C, consisting of 3 pages, referred to in and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer for Professional Services dated July 26, 2018. Payments to Engineer for Services and Reimbursable Expenses Article 2 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties: ARTICLE 2 — OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES C2.01 Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A at Lump Sum Method of Payment (LSUM) other than services identified as Standard Hourly Rates Method of Payment not to exceed (HNTE). The total shall not exceed $90,740.00 unless an amendment is executed which increases the maximum amount payable. B. Compensation: 1. An HNTE budget amount of $7,500 for Item A1.01 - Assist the City with Flood Damage Assessment and Cost Estimates. Some of these tasks have already been completed per the request of the City: The incurred cost will be paid as a Lump Sum: a. Drawing Assessment with Cost Estimates $ 4,845.72 (LSUM) b. Budget remaining for Task A1.01 $ 2,654.28 (HNTE) Total Budget Amount (Task A1.01): $ 7,500.00 2. An HNTE budget amount of $26,893.00 for Primary Work Elements based on the following: a. Geotechnical Field Investigation and Evaluation $26,893.00 (HNTE) 3. A Lump Sum Amount $54,847.00 for the Primary Work Elements noted under Task A1.02 - Prepare Schematic Design Documents: a. Site Survey b. Schematic Design Services Total LSUM Amount: C2.02 Compensation for Lump Sum Method of Payment (LSUM) $ 9,500.00 (LSUM) $46,847.00 (LSUM) $56,347.00 (LSUM) A.
