They have an in-depth knowledge of <br /> the technology industry and extensive <br /> experience in developing strategic plans. <br /> This knowledge is closely aligned with a <br /> deep understanding of our local community <br /> and a commitment supported by personal <br /> investment. Graham-Allen Partners is <br /> uniquely positioned to do that. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the GRAHAM-ALLEN PARTNERS FOR A FEASIBILITY <br /> Commission accepted the proposal from STUDY AND STRATEGIC PLAN FOR AMULTI- <br /> CLUSTER TECHNOLOGY PARK FOR THE SCOPE OF <br /> Graham-Allen Partners for a Feasibility SERVICES AND FEE PROPOSED <br /> Study and Strategic Plan for a Multi-Cluster <br /> Technology Park for the scope of services <br /> and fee proposed. <br /> G.
