South Side Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2843 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of a Master <br /> Agency Agreement by and between the <br /> South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br /> and the City of South Bend Indiana, <br /> Board of Public Works relating to 2011 <br /> Projects. <br /> Mr. Inks noted that every year we do a <br /> number of public works projects. The Board <br /> of Public Works is set up to spec and bid <br /> those and oversee them. So we do a Master <br /> Agency Agreement to cover the projects and <br /> as the year progresses we add projects to the <br /> Master Agency Agreement. This document <br /> is the over-arching agreement. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2843 <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2843 OF AMASTER AGENCY AGREEMENT BY AND <br /> BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br /> approving and authorizing the execution of a COMMISSION AND THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br /> Master Agency Agreement by and between INDIANA,BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS RELATING <br /> the South Bend Redevelopment Commission To 2011 PROJECTS <br /> and the City of South Bend Indiana, Board of <br /> Public Works relating to 2011 Projects. <br /> 5.
