Michigan St.) <br /> Mr. Inks noted that the owner of the 1st <br /> Source Center is seeking financing. As a <br /> requirement of that financing the <br /> Commission has been asked to sign this <br /> document. It does not impinge at all on any <br /> of the Commission's rights related to the <br /> property. <br /> Mr. Meteiver further explained that an <br /> Estoppel is a certificate by the Commission <br /> that the circumstances that are listed <br /> throughout the Commission's Ground Lease <br /> are true and correct and we are estopped <br /> from denying that any of these circumstances <br /> or facts are true if and when the bank has <br /> cause to foreclose. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE LANDLORD'S <br /> Ms. King and unanimously carried, the ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE(CERTIFICATE OF <br /> Commission approved the Landlord's GROUND LEASE TERMS AND TENANT'S CONDUCT <br /> Estoppel Certificate (Certificate of Ground AT 100 N.MICHIGAN ST.) <br /> Lease terms and tenant's conduct at 100 N. <br /> Michigan St.) <br /> F. Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2840 related to acquisition <br /> of property in the Airport Economic <br /> Development Area. (Tax sale properties <br /> 709 W. Indiana and 1527 S. Kemble) <br /> Mr. Relos noted that on May 21, 2010, the <br /> Commission approved Confirming <br /> Resolution No. 2668, which added various <br /> properties to the acquisition list of the <br /> Airport Economic Development Area. Two <br /> of these properties are now up for sale at the <br /> 21 <br />
