Lavatories for the use of Tenant's employees and invitees in common with other <br /> Tenants in the building. <br /> The Landlord does not warrant that any of the services above mentioned will be free from <br /> interruptions caused by repairs, renewals, improvements, alterations, strikes, lockouts, <br /> accidents, inability of the Landlord to obtain fuel or supplies, or any other cause beyond the <br /> reasonable control of the Landlord.
