251 Tuesday May 12th. ,1914-. Continued CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 30. 1914. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said City: ' Begin thirty (30) feet south of the northeast corner of lot two(2) in Stover and Witwer's Addition to the Town of Myler now a part of the City of South Bend, Indiana, Thence west to the north west corner of lot twelve (12) in said Stover and Witwer Addition; thence south sixty (60) feet; thence east to the west line of Michigan Street sixty '(60) feet south of place of beginning; thence north sixty (60) feet to the place of beginning. Excepting from the above that part of the north a -id south alley between Michigan Street and Main Street u*ni-h is already a public thorough- fare. The follo-Ang described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation.: - South 1/2 of lot 2 Stover -& Witwer's Addition. Albert M. Kirkley ?North 1/2 of lot 3 Stover & Witwer's Addition. Margaret I.Hoke All of lot 12 Stover & Witwer's Addition. Edwin C.&Rose G.witwer 15 feet off north side of lot 11 Stover & Witwer's Addition, nn nn Also all the lots, land and parcels of lots, and parcels of land in, the following described district, to©wit:- Beginning at the intersections of the center line of Fellows Street and Indiana Avenue; thence west on tiie center lire of Indiana Avenue to the center line of Kemble Avenue; thence south on the center line of Kemble Avenue to the center lice of Eying Avenue; thence east on the center line of Ewing Avenue to the center of Fellows Street; thence north on the center of Fellows Street to the center of Indiana. Addition, for grade, curb and walk on Corby Street, under Improvement Resolution ✓ No. 141,1912, o-�krned by Lester F. Reyes end given to the City Civil. Engineer by Mr. Willis A. Bugbee as Ann Lynch, whic-r was a mistake of the abstractor. The Board instrue. ed the Cit�,y Civil Engineer to take the matter up by letter with Mr. Willis A. Bugbee. The Board instructed, the Clerk to send a ten (10) day notice to C.J. ✓ Re Frees in regard to defective condition of pavement on Prairie Avenue.
