1.3.4 Overlook Plaza <br />Develop a design concept plan and section for the proposed river viewing platforms at Riverside <br />Drive and Lafayette Boulevard and near the Rose Garden, <br />1.3.5 Studebaker Fountain and Plaza <br />Develop a concept plan for the siting of the fountain and associated design features <br />including hardscape, planting and site furnishings. Lochmueller Group will coordinate with <br />the Studebaker Fountain Committee consultants as needed to gain a conceptual <br />understanding of fountain mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment (including <br />vaults) being designed by those consultants.
