Agreement shall not operate as, or be construed to be, a waiver of any subsequient breach, of the, same or any other provision hereof. ARTICLE 24: GOVERNING LAW The validity of this Agreement and any of its terms or provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the parties hereundler, shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the place of the project. ARTICLE, 25: LEGAL CONSTRUCTION In case any one, or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity or unenforceability shall' not affect any other provision hereof. This Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein, ARTICLE 26; ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and is the entire understanding and agreement related thereto. This Agreement may be amended by mutual consent of the parties in writing to be attached hereto and incorporated herein, executed by Cardno's and the Client's respective representatives.
