South Bend, Indiana; That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said City. Begin at the south east corner; of lot Eighteen (19) William Miller's Addition to the City of South Bend; thence north along the east lire of said lot Eighteen. C1g) to the first alley north of Oak Street; thence west along the south line of said alley to a point iri line with a point five (5) feet east of the southwest corner of lot three (3) Wunderlic h's Sub. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst., day of May,1914 and on the Sth., day of May,191 in the South Bend Daily Tribune This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 26th., day of fay,1914 will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
