Right of way, under Improvement Re sOlut ion No. 295, was opened,.:.. read and refer- <br />red to to the City Engineer for tabulation. <br />- Bids for water and sewer connections on St. Louis Street Boulevard from <br />South Bend Avenue to Corby Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 299. was opened,rea.d <br />and referred to the City Engineer for tabulation. <br />Petition for sidewalk and curb on Catalpa Avenue from W. Sample Street <br />to W. Garst Street, was filed with the Board ,read and referred to the City Civil Engineer <br />f6r investigation. <br />City Civil Engineer filed a report as follows: - <br />Referring to petition of Dr. J. W.
