Application for the erecting of a billboard on Lots No. 22 and 23 in, Ken.ts addition. on Michigan Avenue, was approved by the Board. Petition filed with the Board for, the placing of street Tight at the / i,Itersection of' Lincoln. Street and Michigan Avenue. The same was read and referred to the Street Commissioner for investigation,. Petition filed with the Board for the placing of a street light at the intersection of Blanch Street and Scott Street. The same was read and referredto the Street Commissioner. Petition filed with the Board foR the placing of crosswalks on Scott Street at the intersection, of Blanch Street. The same was read and' referred to the Street Commissioner. Petition, filed with the Board for' a pavement on 1st. alley Vest of Main. Street from. Marion Street to Navarre Street. Futter for One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars for excavation in this City was approved by the Board. Renewal of Bond Nb. 0119478 of Staples & Ackerman for One Thousand ($l,000.uu)Dollars for excavation in this City, was approved by the Board. Renewal of Bond No. 975606 of Charles F. Pave:y for One Thousand ( 1,000.00) Dollars for excavation in, this City was approved by the Board. Renewal of- Efoxd No. 998948 of L. H. Webster for One Thousand ( 1,000.00) Dollars for excavation in this City was approved by the Board. Renewal of Bond No. 0130135 of Charles Bauman for One Thousand (1, 000.00 ) Dollars for excavation in this City was approved by the Board. The following release was approved by the Board, The un.dersigxed, the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, hereby release Joseph P. Huber and the American Surety Company of New York from further liability on aceoun.t of that certain excavation boned heretofore filed with the City of South Bend, Indiana by the said Joseph P. Haber, as principal, and the American, Surety Company of New York, as surety, hereby releasing and -canceling said bond on account of gding out of business.
