281. <br />Petition filed with the Board to appropriate for street purposes a strip <br />Hof land lying in, .lin.e ,with north end of Frances Street from First alley north of Miner <br />Street to Soria Street. The same was read and referred to the City Engineer for in- <br />vestigation.. <br />Excavation bona for the sure of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars signed <br />by W. W. Sibley Co. as principal and Globe Indemnity Colapany of New -York as sureties was <br />approved by the Board. <br />Excavation bond for the sum. of One Thousand ( 1,000.00) Dollars signed <br />J by Wm . F. Burke as'principal and Globe Inder!nity Company of hTew York as sureties was <br />approved_ by the Board.. <br />Excavation bond for the suit of One Thousand (91,000.00) Dollars signed <br />J by Christian. Aichele as principal and The Globe Indemnity Company if New York as sureties <br />was approved by the Board. <br />Excavation, bond for the sure of One Thousand ($ 1,000.00)Dollars signed <br />by Indiana and Michigan Electkie Company as principal and Fred A. Bryan and Fred -L. <br />Dennis as sureties, was approved by the Board. <br />Excavation bond for the sure of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars signed_ <br />j by Edward Mahler Sr. and Ernest Mahler as principal and the Souther. Surety Compare as <br />sureties, was approved by the Board. <br />A motion, made, s,,econded and unanimously carried to the affect that the <br />d Street Railway Companies replace the brick placed by tber, on North Main Street and <br />Colfax Avenue with asphalt, in accordance with Ordinance No. 16751pand Con.traet signed <br />with.' the Board on. April 28th., 1913. <br />
