26G Board met in -regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. / Bearing given on assessment roll -and final estimate for Pipe sewer on ,( Eighteenth Street & Mishawaka Avenue from St. Joseph River and Sixteenth Street to Mishawaka Avenue and Nineteenth Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 231 In the City of South Bend, Indiana. - In the above matter remonstrators appeared and a remonstrance was filed. The Board after due consideration decided to defer all action on the same, until Tuesday March 3rd.21914 at 7:45 P.M. J In the matter of the awarding the bids on Eddy,Parry and Francis Streets the same were rescinded,. as the statuary limit Car_awardiiig::same had expired. In regard to the petition gor graveling and grade, curb and walk on f Ernsperger Street, Mr. T.Buford McDonough, representing the Board of Public Works of Mishawaka appeared before the Boards in regard to same. The subject Was taken under advisement. In the matter of bids for Various Streets,grade curb and walk the same were ordered re —advertised as follows. On February 27thi,1914 and on the 6th. , day of March 1914. In the South Bend Daily Tribune, and bids to be received Tuesday .March 17th.,1914 at 10:00 A.M. President.
