254 Board met in regular session at '1:A5 P.M. All members present. In regard to petition and engineer's report on improver::ent of Ernspperger Street from Vistula Avenue to St. Joseph River with cement walks and curb,also the graveling of Ernsperger Street from Vistula Avenue south to Ewing Avenue, the Clerk was ordered to arrange for a meeting of the Board of Public Works of Mishawaka, Trustee of Penn Township, Trustee of Portage Township with the Board of Public Works of South Bend, to consider the aforesaid improvements. Engineer filed report in regard to petition on Grade on' South Main Street from Donmoyer Street to Ewing Avenue. The Clerk was instructed to notify the petitioners to place the matter before the,.: County Commissioners for the con— struction of a culvert over Bowman Creek on South M,_in Street. Engineer filed report in regard to a petition for grade, curb and walk ✓ on Logan Street From Leland Avenue to Scott Street. The Board instructed the Clerk to notify the petitioners that It would be necessary for them to secure more names of property holders before it would be considered. Engineer filed report in regard to petition for Brick Pavement on Cedar Street from Emerick Street to Eddy Street. The Board instructed the Clerk to pre-- bare a resolution on same. Engineer filed report in regard to petition for Brick pavement on Pennsylvania Avenue from Michigan Street to Miami Street. The Board instructed the Clerk to prepare a resolution on the same. Emgineer filed report in regard to petition for curb and grade on ✓ Dayton Street from Leer Street to Marine Street. The Board instructed the Clerk to prepare a resolution on the same. The following petitions together with the Engineer's report on same were read and placed on file, for further in-��estigation. The Board decided to visit the same. Brick pavement on Blaine Avenue from Michigan Avenue to LaPorte Avenue. V Submerging the outlet of Leland Avenue Sewer. Sewer on College Street from Michigan Avenue to Vassar Avenue. Grading the roadway of Olive Street from iKicn.i.gan Ave:to Elwood Avenue. Engineer filed report in regard to petition for Trunk sewer on Leer f Street. The Board instructed the Clerk to notify Mr. T. Talcott to meet with the Board Tuesda�r February 17th.,1914, at 10:00 A.M. The following petitions together with the Engineer's reports were read and placed on File for future investigation. ✓ Cement walk on Hoke Street from Randolph Street to Calvert Street. Sewer on Talbot Avenue from South Bend Ave. to Howard Street. Sewer on St. Peter Street from Sorin Street to South Bend Avenue. Trunk server on Greenlawn Avenue. ✓ Pavement on Indiana Avenue from Michigan Street to Carroll Street. Opening of a street 44ft. vide north of Colfax Avenue from Ilichiga.n / Street to Main Street. The. resolution of January 16th.,1914 pertaining to the naming of days and time for the regular sessions of the Board was changed to read as follows by the unanimous con— sent of the Board. Each Tuesday of the month at 10:00 A.M. Each Tuesday of the month at 7:45 P.M. and the last Friday of the month at 10:00 A.M. Special meetings sub ject, to the call of the President.
