Shield will be a minimum 12" <br />on bottom half to keep debris away from the rear of the <br />machine, including the rear bumper assembly and water <br />tanks. Body to be painted green to match existing fleet. <br />A manual tank body prop shall be provided. Installation of <br />prop shall be accomplished from the side of the chassis. <br />Units requiring the operator to position themselves under a <br />raised body will not be accepted. <br />An automatic stainless steel ball(s) check valve shall be <br />installed inside the debris body to prevent over filling. <br />When the debris tank is full, the device shall automatically <br />stop the flow of the air to the vacuum system and prevent <br />water and debris from entering the positive displacement <br />vacuum pump. <br />The unit must be able to safely dump the complete load of <br />debris with a full tank of water. <br />The air drawn from the debris body must pass through a <br />filter system of adequate size to protect the vacuum system. <br />The system must be easily cleaned and maintained from the <br />ground level without putting the operator in harm's way. <br />The debris tank shall have a minimum of ten year non pro- <br />rated warranty. Warranty must cover materials, <br />workmanship, and rust through. <br />Water Tanks: Water tanks must have a minimum metered capacity of FY-E-S71KO <br />1,500 gallons. <br />The fill system shall include an air gap anti -siphon design to <br />protect the water supply. <br />Water level gauge/tube shall be located at the operator's <br />station and fill station. <br />A 2 1/2" diameter x 25' long hydrant hose, with proper <br />connections, shall be included. <br />.. . ....... ...... <br />Ver. 2 — March 2018 <br />
