A certification by the original <br />water pump manufacturer to operate in such a manner shall <br />be provided. <br />The water pump shall be capable of maximum water <br />pressure and flow while achieving maximum vacuum <br />pressure. 'The water pump shall operate independent of <br />vacuum system. Pump flow must be capable of being turned <br />off at maximum operating RPM and PSI without doing harm <br />to components. <br />A heat exchanger will be provided in the water system to <br />cool all hydraulic fluids on the unit, if required. <br />A monitor light shall be provided to indicate when designed <br />flow or pressure is exceeded. <br />Variable flow valve to adjust water flow without changing <br />engine RPM to be included. <br />The water system shall be designed to enable the operator to <br />turn water flow on/off at maximum psi and rpm without <br />doing harm to components. <br />Cold Weather <br />The system shall incorporate both a cold weather <br />�So <br />Protection: <br />recirculation system and an air purge system. <br />Low point drains shall be included throughout the water <br />system for complete cold weather draining. <br />Rotation Hose <br />The hose reel assembly shall be state of the art design. <br />gSO <br />Reel: <br />The hose reel shall be mounted to assure adequate ground <br />clearance. <br />The hose reel capacity shall have a minimum 800' capacity of <br />I" I.D. sewer hose (2500 psi operating pressure; 7500 psi <br />burst pressure). <br />A 20' leader hose shall be supplied. <br />The hose reel shall be on the front of the truck along the <br />center line axis of the truck with the reel in its fixed <br />position. <br />Ver. 2 — March 2018 <br />
