A jet rodding/vacuuming performance <br />evaluation will be conducted by a team of City employees. <br />Performance as determined by the City will be used to decide if <br />the unit bid is responsive to the needs of the City of South <br />Bend. The City of South Bend reserves the right to have a <br />representative from an outside agency attend the performance <br />evaluations. The results of these performance evaluations will <br />determine if the unit bid mcets the minimum performance <br />standards of the City of South Bend.
