The Evidence Management Software supports video and audio evidence review, classification, and <br />dissemination from Body cameras, and In -Car Cameras. <br />Evidence.com supports the ability for users with the right permissions to review video and audio evidence, classify <br />and disseminate Axon and non -Axon digital files. <br />17. The Evidence Management Software supports an unlimited number of Users. <br />The Evidence.com application is designed to support uploads from multiple users, devices, and locations, <br />simultaneously from thousands of agencies across the United States. It is also possible for concurrent users to, access <br />the same video at the same time. <br />A. Warranty and Maintenance <br />1. The video system includes a parts and labor warranty against any defects in materials or <br />workmanship on all System software and hardware components for the duration of the contract,. <br />Axon warrants that its law enforcement hardware products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a <br />period of one (1) year from the date of receipt. Axon -manufactured accessories are covered under a limited ninety <br />day warranty from the date of receipt. Non -Axon manufactured accessories are covered under the manufacturer's <br />warranty. <br />In -Car Camera Extended Warranty <br />The extended warranty includes the standard manufacturer warranty, for an extended period of four years; one-year <br />manufacturer's warranty plus three years extended). <br />Body -Worn Camera Extended Warranty <br />The extended warranty includes the standard manufacturer warranty, for, an extended period of three years; one-year <br />manufacturer's warranty plus two years extended). <br />The TASER Assurance Plan (TAP) <br />The TASER Assurance Plan (TAP) is bundled into the purchase price of Unlimited Evidence.com licenses. TAP <br />includes Axon cameras at the beginning of the contract, upgraded cameras at two and a half years and at the end of <br />the five-year term, Axon's extended warranty and spare cameras. Software updates will be provided as part of ongoing maintenance at no additional cost. <br />The latest product features and enhancements are included as part of your investment in Evidence.com.
