53 <br />r The Board, having investigated, through witnesses, as requested in <br />1'ayor Hinkle's letter of May 27th, does hereby believe the best interest <br />of the City will be served by re- instating him as Chief of Police, and after <br />concluding our investigation, do hereby, and on this date, re- instate him <br />with full powers as Chief of Police. <br />It is further ordered that John B. Kuespert shall not receive any pay for <br />L � te period beginning June 1st, 1933, up to and inclyding July 9th, 1933. <br />Y FIRE D EPARTMENT <br />Chief Roy A. Knoblock reported the activities of his department for the <br />past week. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPART ENT' <br />SVm. F. Qualls, Superindentent of the Electrical Department, made.the weekly <br />report of the activities of his department. <br />WE IGHTS AND n SURFS DEPARTIRIENT <br />'Jeekly report of City Sealer, Charles J.
