1_88 The Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana does hereby re- lease that certain bond numbered 033369 dated October 2Sth. ,1912, in the sun of 91,239.00, guaranteeing the brick pavement on North Scott Street from Michigan Averm to Portage Avenue, theretofore completed by C.H.Defrees under improvement Resolu- -tion No. 127, which said bond was executed and delivered on said date to said City of South Bend, Indiana by C. H.Defrees, principal, and American Surety Company of New York, surety; hereby releasing and discharging the said C. H.Defrees and the said American Surety Conpny of New York from any and all further liability on said bond so executed and delivered. J The Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, does hereby re- lease that certain bond numbered 031956 dated October 28th., 1912, in the sum of $605.00 guaranteeing the brikki pavements on the first alley west of Franklin Street from Washington Avenue to Jefferson Boulevard, first alley south of Jefferson Boulevard from Main Street to Lafayette Street, second alley south of Wayne Street from St. Joseph Street t Carroll Street and first aley North of North Shore Drive r Michigan Street to Lafayette Street, theretofore completed by Hoban & Roach under improvement Resolutions Nos. 10921222125 and 191, respectively, which said bend was executed and delivered on said date to said City of South Bend, Indiana by Hoban & Roach, principals, and American Surety Company of New York, surety; hereby releasing and discharging the said Hoban and Reach and the said American Surety Company of New York from any and all further liability on said bond so executed and delivered.
