In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed The Board therefore. find tbatt the prope rtynassessed in the said roll' filed October Sth. , 1913 i-s benefited in the amount of assessments as shown in said rolls, and the Board fur- ther find. that the assessment roll filed October Sth.,1913 and the final estimate allowed October Sth.,1913 sh&uld be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed sand approved. Division of Let 100-ln1-102 owned by the Kossiuszko Bldg. & Loan Association from $124.26 to P102.21 . A reduction of Twenty Two Dollars and Five cents 422.05 t'ie sage to be borne by the City of South. Bend. This reduction is made on account of the point at the end of the lot.
