Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Brick pavexont.•on Kemble Avenue from Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 226. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrance s were filed the Baard• after due consideration decided to defer all action on the same until Friday November 28th.,1913 at 7:45 P.M. Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Water connections n on Prairie Avenue from Webster Streett-o Grant Street, under improvement Resolution No. 279. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In`the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore fi d that the property assessed in the said roll filed October 21st.,1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shovm on said rolls., and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October 21st..1913 and the final estimate a lowed October 21st.,1913 should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. City of South Bend, Indiana. - In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed October Sth.,1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown in said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October Sth.,1913 and the final estimate allowed October. 8th.21;13 should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in the said roll filed October St h.,1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments asshown in said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October Sth.21913 and the final estimate allowed October Sth. ,1913 should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, 'confirmed and approved.
