IG9 Board net in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M. Mr. Bastian absent. •/ Hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 292 for pipe sewer on. Blaine AVenue to Van Buren Street to Quincy Street. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In. the above matter no remonstrators appeared, and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each .and every case in, said im rovement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement, and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed andapproved. Resolved further, that notices be published.on the 3Dth:2 ay of Oct., 1913 and on, the 6tz.; day of Novemmber,1913 in the South Bend Daily Nevus -Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for the oonstruction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 5th., day of December,1913.
