All me' tubers present. <br />✓Petition for brick pavement on Blaine Avenue from LaPorte Avenue to Michigan Avenue <br />was presented to the Board, the same was read and referred to the City Engineer. <br />✓Petition for grade on Dayton Street from Marine Street to Leer Street presented <br />to the Board. The sane was _referred to the City Engineer. <br />✓Communications received Eros E.Louis Kuhns and J.M. Studebaker regarding opening <br />of Colfax Avenue East. . The sane was read and placed on tile. The Board orde"red. <br />the Clerk to acknowledge receipt of same. <br />✓Ire regard to the plat presented. by Mr. Oscar Lippman, the same was referred to the <br />Park Cox missioners. <br />/Communication re ceived from R.C.Thompson the Mavor of Waterloo, Iowa, regarding <br />Gas Street Lighting. The same was read and placed on'.file <br />,/ Mr. Warner appeared before the Board in regard to the sewer connection to Michigan <br />Street sewer, in front of his building as they find that the sewer is to shallow, <br />to give service.
