Board met in regular session. at 7:45 P.M. Mr. Lambert absent. Hearing given on Improvement Resolution: No. 290 for Grading -and Paving Milton. Avexue from Michigan Street to Witwer Avenue, Ix the City of South Bend, Indiana. Ix the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances was filed while this matter was under advisement. The Board therefore find that in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits $;* the property and the City of South. Bend and equal to estimated cost of said, improvement, and the same are hereby in all things rati— fied, confirmed and ipproved. Resol"A further, that bids be advertised for the eoxstruetion and the completiox of this improvement in the month of i 1914. Hearixg given on Improvement Resolution No. 291. for grade, curb and walk on Lincoln Street 'from Sample Street to Grand Trunk Western. Railway, In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every ease in said improvement that the bene— fits to the prape.rty axd to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement, and the same are hereby in all things ratified, cof.firned and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 15th., day of October 1913 nd and on the 22nd.2 day of October 1913 in the South Bend Ba.ily News Times, stating that this Boa.rA will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. oxl the 31st., day of Oetober 1913.
