<br />,/The following release was approved by the Board.
<br />WBEREAS, George Headley, asprinicipal,.and the American Surety Company of New
<br />York, as surety, did on the lst. day of Apri1,A.D. 19121 execute and deliver to the City of
<br />South Bend, a contractor's bond in the penal sum of One Thousand (1,000.00)Dollars.
<br />And, whereas, the said George Headley has filed a new bond with said City
<br />with sureties approved by this Board.
<br />It is, thereforev ordered by the Board of Public Works of the City of South
<br />Bend that said bond dated April 1st., A.D. 1912 with the American surety Company as surety
<br />thereon be canceled.
<br />It is,therefore, ordered by the Board of Public Works of the City of South
<br />Bend that said Bond dated April lst. , A.D. 1912 vtt th the American Surety Company as surety
<br />thereon be canceled.
<br />And the Board of Public W orks of the City of South. Bend, Indiana, do hereby
<br />release and discharge said American Surety Company, the surety thereon, and the said George
<br />Headley, the prinicipal therein, from any and all further liability.
