All members present. <br />Hearing had on assessment rolls and final estimates 4s <br />follows: - <br />Pavement on Main Street from Washington Avenue to Jefferson <br />Street under Improvement Resolution No. 1131 Filed September 5th., 1923. <br />Pavement on Poland Street from Webster Street to Walnut St. <br />under Improvement Resolution No. 1030 Filed Sept. 4th., 1923. <br />Asphaltic concrete pavement on Eckman Street from Michigan St. <br />to Fellows Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1133 Filed Sept. 18th., 1923. <br />Asphaltic concrete pavement on Fassnacht Avenue frm Walnut St. <br />to Johnson Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1032. Filed Sept. 12th.91923. <br />Resurfacing with sheet asphalt pavement on Colfax Avenue from <br />Michigan Street to Lafayette Blvd. under Improvement Resolution No. 1132 Filed <br />-Sept. 1201923. Continued. <br />In the above natter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed <br />in said rollefled on Sept. 4th., 5th. 12th. and 18th., 1923 Ore benefited in <br />the amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find, that the <br />assessments rolls filed Sept. 4 th., 5th., 12th. and 18th., 1923 and the:final <br />estimates allowed Sept. 4,5th.12th., and 18th., 1923 should be and the same are <br />hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Deferred hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. r249 for <br />grade, ourb and mlk on Esther Street. from Jefferson Blvd. to I(cKinley Avenue, <br />Property owners appeared by. representatives and remonstrated <br />but no further written remonstrance was filed. Alter hearing, the Board decided <br />that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement, are <br />equal to the a timated cost of thef same,,and the Board therefore new confirms <br />the said resolution. Date for receiving, opening and considering sealed proposal; <br />for the construction of saidx.grade, curb and walk is filed as the 23rd. <br />ate of October 1923 at 10:00 A.M. and notice .thereof ordered published as provid <br />provided by law. <br />
