<br />ResOlved by the Beard of Public Works of the City of South
<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana. That it is doomed necessary to improve
<br />Chapin Street froze Bruce Street to Calvert Street as follows, topwit:-
<br />Sa id street shall
<br />be graded from property line to property line to the established grade,. and cunt
<br />sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed alon both sides of said street, all as
<br />is more particularly shown and all in accordance wi h the plans, profiles, detail
<br />drawings and specifications on file in the Office of the Department of Public Works of
<br />the City of South Bend, Indiana.
