42 3, Hearing had on resolution for the construction of a Sub.Trunk sewer under Improvement Resslution ITo..1223 on St. Peter Street and as follows:, Beginning at the intersection of the center line of South Bend Avenue and St. Peter Street,; thence north along the center line of St. Peter Street to the center line of St,. Vincent Street.wi th a 24 inch vitiified pipe sewer; thence still north along the center of gf St. Peter Street to the censer line of Napoleon Street iwith a 221nch vitrified pipe sewer; thence west along the center line of Napoleen Street to the center lineof St. Louis Street with an IS inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still west along the center line of Napoleon Street to the center line of Hii1 Street with a 15 inch vitrified pipe serer; thence south.aiong the center line of Hill Street to the center line of St. Vincent Street with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still south along the center line of Hill Street to a point 100 feet north of the north line of Howard Street with a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer. And further finds that the special benefits to property within such district or area and the benefits to the City will be equal to 6h exceed the estimated cost of said proposed improvement as shown by the estimate of the City Engineer, heretofore filed, and the said resolution is now in all things con'firmed.
