This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of pages, referred to <br />in and part of the Agreement between Owner and <br />Engineer for Professional Services dated 04/24. 2018. <br />Engineer's Services <br />Article 1 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties. <br />Engineer shall provide Basic and Additional Services as set forth below. <br />U.I W NFW 3�T.Y[il►y 1V[O.I <br />A 1.01 Construction drawirzgslspecs fot• installation of nevv door <br />A. From main kitchen to large meeting room: <br />Add double door for direct kitchen access to large meeting room. <br />JPR will provide construction documents/specs for bidding and construction of wall demolition in <br />door area and addition of new double door: <br />1. Determine if wall that will be cut is a firewall or not <br />2. Provide lintel size and rebar for cmu above new door in cut opening <br />3. Provide drawing and specs for new door and hardware <br />A1.02 Construction Drawings/specs for installation of new door and lift <br />A. ADA access to Bendix theatre and stage from corridor <br />JPR will provide construction documents for bidding and construction of wall/floor demolition for <br />addition of new door and equipment lift. <br />1. Determine if wall that will be cut is a firewall or not <br />2. Provide lintel size and rebar for cmu above new door in cut opening <br />3. Provide lift design and model for new lift from corridor level to stage level. <br />4. Provide drawing and specs for new door and hardware <br />A1.03 Replace Exterior Mall Door <br />A. Main corridor at river side entrance/exit: <br />JPR will provide construction documents to: <br />1. Replace existing malfunctioning door with new to provide for large vehicle access and <br />maintain required means of egress and emergency exit. <br />B 1.02 Add Storage Deck in Storage <br />A.
