Unit to be <br />integrally coupled to tapered output shaft of female rotor. No belts, pulleys or <br />R(Yes E]No <br />tensioning devices. Must be built in accordance with US Patent Number 5242278. <br />Generator to be Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) and be controlled with an AVR to <br />produce 60HZ at +/- 2%. <br />Generator Control shall have a remote mount control panel with on/off toggle switch and <br />[]Yes E]No <br />indicator light, <br />Generator shall have the following: Single 120V system. The <br />tank shall be ASME code approved rated at a 250 psig working pressure, It shall be equipped <br />with ail ASME air pressure relief valve located upstream of the final oi I separator. The receiver <br />MYes FNo <br />shall be equipped with a fill cap and easily readable sight glass, 3/4 inch set -vice valve and a 25 <br />ttticron full flow spin -on replaceable filter canister with built in bypass protection <br />Air/Fluid Separator: Separator element to be located internally in air receiver tank, <br />Separator shall be constructed with non-inetallic end cap and in -flow nozzle plate with 0- <br />ring seals, Media shall be of molded construction with anti -static outer wrap. Vanair <br />FX�YesE]No <br />separator shall provide for enhanced air quality, reduced operating and maintenance cost <br />and optimized compressor- erformance., Separator to be..warranted for 5 years or 3000 hours <br />Instrument Panel and Speed Control: System consists of an 1/0 Module and an LCD <br />display module that communicate with each other utilizing J1939 protocol. The VO <br />module receives sensor information and modulates engine speed based on air demand. <br />The display module presents system information including system hours, service <br />intervals, air pressure, oil temperature and engine speed. <br />The Speed Control shall utilizes an eight (8) bit microchip micro�-processor, solid state <br />electronics, and is designed with a chassis specific plug and play wiring harness. Wiring <br />harnesses will use weather proof connectors and woven loom material. The V-TEC <br />DYes E:]No <br />controller is pre-programmed to specific applications based on engine, transmission, <br />PTO gear ratio and Vanair underdeck model. The V-TEC system is capable of <br />commanding the engine speed in response to air demand. <br />The Speed Control shall allow for troubleshooting of the PTO, torque converter, cooler <br />fan(s) and programmed engine speed(s) using a laptop computer and Vanair provided <br />software, The system also notifies of maintenance alerts and out of range conditions as <br />well as monitoring system pressure, temperature, engine RPM and compressor hours. <br />Controls: the control system shall be a Vanair V-tec electronic control and diagnostic <br />system: Controls shall have complete diagnostics and monitoring capabilities of air <br />E]Yes F]No <br />pressure, oil temperature, and overall system check. Unit shall include engine speed <br />control. with variable speeds, two preset speeds,and load sensing capabilities. <br />
