378 Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1211 for the pipe sewer on Vassar Avenue from Diamond Avenue to a -point 1.14 feel, west of the west lihe of Cleveland Avenue in the, City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstraotors appea:b6vd and and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board heigg`fully advisedin the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the.stimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil engineer, and 'thereupon takes final action on said resolution s originally adopted, and 'the same is in . all things ratified,' confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that, noticed be published on the loth, day of July 1923 and on the 17th. day of July 1923 in. the South Bend Tribune and News Times,.stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said impf'ovement up to 10:00 A.M. Tuesday JutLy 24th., 1923, The Board reserves the reight to reject ahy and all bids. Resoiveei by zne tsoarQ �or ruvlic WJrx w tug � oDu;.tt Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed neeesssry to improve North Shore Drive from Iroquois Street to Parkovash Avenue, Marquette Avenue from Iroquois Street to Parkovash Avenue and Parkovash Avenue from Iroquois Avenue to to North Shore Drive and Iroquois Street From North Shore Drive to 1st,. alley north of Parkovash Avenue as dollows, towit:- Said street shall be graded from property lihe to property line to the estishaed grade, and cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be con- -structed along borth sides of said streets, except the south side of North Shore Drive where only cement curb shall be constructed, all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and speci- fications on file in the office of the department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
