348 Wednesday June 13th , 1923. Continued. Hearing had on Improvement. Resbution No. 1204 fv the pavement on Alley east of St. U®seph Street, from. Monroe Street tp Bronson Street,, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing so remonstrators appeared and So written remonstrance was filed. The Board bring fully advised in the premises, decides that the bbnefits toprdperty liabll tote assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the`Ciity Civil Engineer and thereupon takes final setien an said :resolution, as orAP;isally adopted and the same is -hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and apprev".' Resolved: farther, that notices be published'an the _ 28tj day of June 1923 and on the 5th, day of July 1923 in the South Bend News Times and Tribune in said City, and stai,ing that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. Tuesday July 17th., 1923 The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Upon said hearing remenstrators appeared but nowritten remon- strance was filed. The Board being fully advisgd in the premises, deeides that the ebenefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of -the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally ad#pteda a:nd the same is herby in all things ratified, confirmed and approvd Resolved fhrt,hir that bids be advertised for in the Sprin of 1924.
