<br />LOCAL SERVER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1216
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, state of Indite, That the construction of a local ' sewer, intended,
<br />and adapted only4for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and
<br />not intended or adapted for receiving ,sewerage from collateral dfains be and the same
<br />is hereby ordered in and along Saneome Avenue from Lincoln Way East, to La Borte Avenue
<br />as follows, topwit:.. line of `Lincoln Wait
<br />Beginning at the intersection of t}e center=
<br />West and Sanc_o Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of Sancome Avenue to a
<br />point 110 feet north of the northerly line of La Porte Avenue. Together with the necessary
<br />manhles, storm water inlets, conduits and house connections along "the line of said
<br />improvements, all as isomore particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans,
<br />profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the office of the Department of
<br />Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
