<br />freeholders residing on said street, to be improvedp requesting that it be-,.--:
<br />imprgived with a differeat kind off'.pavement than the kind heretofore adopted
<br />by-tke Board in: its preliminary order, and the City 'Eagineer reports that► I the
<br />Rsith-Ri oy Custruetion Company is the lowest and best bidder for the kind -
<br />of pavement- heretofore adopted by the Board, ad, the Board finds that the
<br />Reath -Riley Construction Company is the lowest andbest bidder and hereby •
<br />lets the contract for said improvement to them. and orders that said improve -
<br />be made with Sheet asphalt using Mexican. and all proceedings heretofore
<br />had in this matter are hereby confirmed sad approved.
