f . Board approved of cutting off boulevard lights on Lafayette Blvd. -as needed.>to put in trunk sewer. Offical bond of Frank Bash approved as City Cemetery Sexton for the sum:of One Thousand ($14000.00) Dollars. The following final awards of _contract were approved: Cdacerning the improvement of t,heerosay of Ohio Street from Caroll Street to High Street in purausuce to `Re -solution NO, 1133 a petition having been filed within ten d&7s- fTxm time bits -were -received by persons claiming to be n majority in number of the freeholders -residing on said street txxxx to be improved, and the Board hereby refers Said petitin Y to the City Engineer for his .report.as to whether said petitioners constitute a majority In number of the freeholders residing on said street, and this matter, is hereby continued until the 5th. day of June 1923 at 10:00--0'-clock A.M. when the Board will determine the sufficiency of,said petition, and will let the contract, .or reject all bids. a BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.
