Coacovging the Improve -me mt of the roadway of Main street from Washington Avenne to Jefferson Street with asphalts asphaltic concrete, bituli- thte, concrete or brick, in pursuance to Resolution No. 1131this Board finds that so petition has been filed with said. Beard by .a majority in number of the freeholders residing on said street to be improved, requesting that it be improved with a di ffereat kind of pavemeatthan the kind heretofore adopted by the Board is its preliminary order; and the City Engineer reports that the White 'Construetion Co. a the lowest and best bidder for the .kind of pavemerl heretofore adopted by the Board, -and the Beard `find that the White Construction Cot is they lowest and best bidder andhereby lets the contract for said improve moat to them and,orders that said improvement be made with shoot asphalt using Mexican Asphalt and all proceedings heretofore had in this matter are hereby in confirmed and ratified ° L.
