-Concerning -the improvement of the roadway of diner Street from St. <br />Peter Street to Notre Dame Avenue with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitilithic, <br />concrete or brick, in pursuance to Resolution No. 1128 this Board finds that no petition <br />has been filed with saidBoardby a majority in number of the freeholders residing <br />on said street to be'improvedm requesting that it be improved with a different kind of <br />pavement than the kind heretofore adopted by the Board` n its preliminary, order; and the <br />city F.ngixer reports that, -the Reba& & Reach is the lowest and best, bidder for the kind <br />of pavement, heretofore adopted by the. Board, and the.
