<br />Be it Resolve* by �hi Board of Public Works of the City of
<br />South Head, St. Joseph Couxty, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed
<br />necessary to impreve Alley south of Division Street from Franklin Street to
<br />William Street as fellows, to -wit: -
<br />Said alley shale-bo graded and the roft"y
<br />thereof shall be paved; also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and
<br />alleys which enter or intersect said alley shall be graded and paved. The pavig
<br />material to be used in making said Imprevemest shall be Sheet asphalt, Bitlithie
<br />asphaltic concrete, brick or Perl laad comest . eesrete pavement sdvea (7) hxches
<br />thick, and the foundation shall be portlead eemott concrete six (6) inches

<br />The cost of all street and alley intersections, inciuQing one-half or the width of thti improvement tmro-

<br />Assessments of tea dollars and morel against each lot, if deferred, are to be paid in ten equal annual is
