<br />NO. 1204.
<br />Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of
<br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana* that it is desired and deemed
<br />necessary to improve The alley East of St. Joseph Street from Monroe Street to
<br />Bronson Street as follows, to -with
<br />Said street shall be graded and the roadway
<br />thereof shall be paved, and also the roadway of certain portions of the
<br />streets and alleys which enter or Intersect said street shall be graded abd
<br />paved. The paving material to be usedin making said improved -at shall be
<br />Sheet. asphalt, Bitulithic, asphaltic eeacrete, brick or Portland comewt
<br />Goacrete Pavement sevea (713tehes thick, . and the foundation sball be Portland
<br />e at coacre'te six (6) inches thick for the Sheet asphalt, Bituilthic,
<br />asphaltic concrete and brick, or rolled gravel six (6) inches -thick for the
<br />brick, maaholes, storm water inlets{sad conduits shall be const,rawt►ed where
<br />no-cessary, all manhole tops and stoma water islets shall be set to the proper

<br />Assessments of ten dollars, and more against each lot, if deferred, are to be paid in ten equal :annual In-
<br />stallments, wwth interest at the rate of Sig per cent per annum. A bond or bonds will be issued to the coin -
<br />tractor to the amount at such deferseti, assessmenta in pro rate payment for such improvement.
