<br />heard the evidence, and being duly jadiised in the premises, finds for plaintfi.ff
<br />that the facts alleged in thel r complaint are true, and that the net damages
<br />suffered by the plaintiff by reason of the condemnation proceedings described in
<br />the complaint are fifteen hundred dollars, J($1500AD).
<br />It is therefore, considered ordered and adjudged by the court, that
<br />the plaintiffs, Louis E. Kevaah and Joseph Kish'are_etmaged by reason of condem-
<br />nation proceedings under Resolution numbered 65 of the Board of Public Works we
<br />the eiet*ndant, against the east -sixty-sight feet of lots numbered six -and eloven
<br />in Kemble's Addition to .the .Town of, Myler, now a partof the City of -South Bonds
<br />In the qua of Fifteen hundred 4031ars, 31,500.00
<br />It-19 further considered, ordered and adjdg4ed that the assessment
<br />of ,net damages as determined in'said proceedings by:said Board of P,blie Works,.
<br />to -wit: Six hundred and thirty-three ($633.00) Dollars, be increased by the sump
<br />of eight `hundred and sixty -►seven Dollars ( 7.00) thereby making the total
<br />not assessment* said sum of fifteen hundred dollara, ($1,500.00).
<br />It is further considered, ordered and adjWed that the plaintiffs
<br />have and recover of the defendant city their costs herein paid; laid out and-
<br />expended, taxed at $6.50
