<br />• Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the. City of South
<br />Bond, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to
<br />Improve south sick of Corby Street from Walsh Street to the east line of Park
<br />Place Third Addition as follows, to -wit:-
<br />Cement sidewalk shall be constructed
<br />along the south side'of Corby Street from Walsh Street to the east line of
<br />Park Place Third Addition, all as is more particularly shown and all in accord
<br />ante wity the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in
<br />the Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana .
